HOW DO I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?

You can track your order status on our "Order Status" form: https://theallchristianstore.com/apps/trackorder

After an order has been placed, it's immediately sent to one of our fulfillment centers where we will ship your items within 3-7 business days. Below are the expected delivery times. 

Please note that in many cases it may take up to a week for a tracking number to be active. This is normal and it's not a reason to worry. 

Please note: Due to the popularity of certain items in our catalog, shipping times may take longer than the estimates below.

HOW LONG DOES DELIVERY TAKE?

Over 90% of orders gets delivered within 15 business days. However some orders (less than 10%) may take up to 30 business days due to high demand, shipping delays, severe weather conditions or national holidays.

We know it takes some patience, but it is worth it (orders outside the US may take up to 42 days). We work with different designers and manufacturers worldwide, this is the reason for sometimes long shipments.

If your order hasn't arrived within 45 days of the date of original purchase, contact our support team for a full refund of your purchase.

(This policy excludes errors made by customers when providing shipping details on their order(s) or missed parcel deliveries).

WHY I RECEIVED ONLY SOME OF THE ITEMS IN MY ORDER AND NOT ALL OF THEM?

The All Christian Store is pleased to partner with designers and manufacturers all over the world in bringing Christian products at the highest quality at the affordable price. 

Majority of our items is shipped from various fulfillment facilities in the United States, however some are shipped from our partner fulfillment center overseas (mostly in China).
For this reason, sometimes the products in your order are being shipped separately from different locations.

Don't panic if you don't receive all of your items at once…they will get to you!

DO YOU DELIVER PRODUCTS INTERNATIONALLY?

The All Christian Store successfully ships many products worldwide each day. We have many happy customers in every corner around the globe!

I'VE PUT A WRONG SHIPPING ADDRESS AND/OR PICKET A WRONG SIZE/VARIANT! CAN I CHANGE IT?

If this happens to you, email us as soon as possible, we MIGHT be able to take care of it. However, we can't promise anything as all our items are usually processed immediately after you order and ship out the same day or few days after. If your order has already entered the shipping process, we won't be able to stop it. Contact us anyway, we still care and we'll try to make it right for you. We know how frustrating it can be to pay for something you can't use. 

HOW SECURE IS MY PERSONAL INFORMATION?

Your credit card information and personal details are encrypted during transmission using SSL (secure socket layer technology), which is widely used on the Internet for processing payments. 

Your credit card information is used automatically to complete the requested transaction and is not stored or viewed in any other way.

CAN I PLACE AN ORDER OVER THE PHONE?

In order to maintain the highest security standards we do not take orders over the phone. Internet orders are much more secure than giving your full credit card information using the unencrypted phone line. 

PRODUCT I BOUGHT BROKE! WHAT SHOULD I DO?

Every item you buy from us is covered by our 30 Day Money Back Guarantee. If your are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you have the option to receive a full refund or a new product. All you have to do is to send us a picture of a damaged item via email/contact form and tell us if you would like to get a new one or your money back. It's that simple.
